The Trager MicroForest is beginning to make rapid progress. Last week, most of the remaining wall pieces were delivered to the site. The only remaining pieces are for the reverse curve and the wall benches. All but two of the delivered pieces were put into place on the wall footer, and around half were set into mortar. Additional work was also put into the irrigation system.
All of the work put in last week will allow for soil to be backfilled behind the wall, which should be occurring this week. With the soil in place, many items can start being worked on such as the crushed stone path, more irrigation work, electrical work, lighting placement, bench placement, and so on. The site will be changing radically over the coming weeks.
