Despite uncooperative weather, work has been ongoing at the Trager MicroForest site. Last week, water had to be pumped out of the newly-dug trench due to all the rain. This allowed Full Care to begin loading the trench with a rock base and then fill it in with concrete for signage and wall footers. The concrete has now hardened, which will allow the install of the new metal wall and signage to take place this week.
After this all goes in, the remaining trees will be planted and the walking path will be fully constructed. As long as the rain calms down, the Trager MicroForest may open by the end of this month.
