If you’ve been to ReSurfaced at night, or seen the abundance of night images on social media, you have witnessed the incredible lighting design of Roof Axis. Their amazing skills transform the facades into a piece of art as the sunsets.

Roof Axis has continually added lighting design elements that have enhanced the space over time including the pallet lounge area that now glows like a red furnace.
Chad and Mike, at Roof Axis, are great examples of why ReSurfaced has become a showcase of Louisville’s creative, civic-minded individuals and organizations that have come together to improve our city.

Productions has been around since 2008, originally from Tallahassee, Florida. When Roof Axis first came to Louisville to do site-lighting for Forecastle in 2013 (lighting up the fountains, signage, disco yacht, and other elements) they fell in love with Louisville.
