The Urban Design Studio developed conceptual designs to reimagine the area surrounding Louisville Stoneware in 2013. Working with the stakeholders and the city we developed the Louisville Stoneware Brief Urban Design Area Study (BUDAS). The purpose was to examine the potential to develop Paristown Pointe, near the intersection of Broadway and Barrett Avenue into a unique commerce and tourist destination in Louisville, Kentucky. The study was meant to promote the district concept promoting the expansion of pedestrian activity.
