Merchants Ice Tower is a long abandoned industrial site at 801 Logan Street in Smoketown. The redevelopment will go through multiple phases, with the first phase recently being complete with the construction of Trellis Brewing on a portion of the site. Trellis has already added multiple trees and plants to the site as part of their new brewery.
