JeffBoat is a large, currently unused shipyard that occupies large swaths of Jeffersonville’s waterfront. The site was an active shipyard until 2018, and has sat largely empty since then. Concept plans show that the 100-acre site will contain park space, a greenway, a marina, a boardwalk, and many commercial and residential structures.
