The Jefferson Community and Technical College is working on a 90 million dollar overhaul of their downtown campus. The project includes a new science building, infrastructure upgrades, a new parking garage, and a new central green space in what is currently a parking lot. The project will serve as an anchor in the new LOUMED district.
